Congratulations to everyone for getting their hard-earned 4 months of bonus (although the poll says that everyone thought they deserved 6) — just right before Gong Xi Fa Cai, might I add! Not that we at TARCASA do not appreciate College’s wonderful gesture, but don’t we wish they wouldn’t put us through this ‘trauma’ — is it four? when getting ah?? why so late one? why no news one? wei, next week New Year leh! no money to spend loh!
Not to put a damper on everyone so soon after receiving their bonus, but this may well be the very last time that we are going to get across-the-board bonus. It is expected that the KPI is going to kick in next year and our promotion, annual increment as well as bonus award will tie in to it.
