TARCASA had a productive time in discussing with YB Tan Sri Ong Ka Ting and the college management on bonus and how to implement Key Performance Index (KPI). It was an open and honest discussion. Consequently, TARCASA members were provided with a good plan to cope with soaring inflation and a better working environment.
