Venue: A026, College Sports Complex (KL Main Campus)
Please pass your reply slips to your respective TARCASA representatives by 21 July 2011. Then, you’ll be given a coupon to be used to claim for your door-gift and to be dropped into our lucky draw box.
Please offer your services or nominate your colleagues as members of the next TARCASA Exco 2011/2013. We need matured, proactive, creative, assertive and courageous people in the team. We need you!

We understand that the AGM falls in the month of Ramadan. Initially, we wanted to have the meeting before the fasting month but important reports from the secretary and treasurer can’t be prepared earlier. Sorry!
Please remember to bring your door-gift cum lucky draw coupon to our AGM. If you haven’t received it, please check with your TARCASA representative. Muslim staff with the coupons will be given a goodie bag so that you can break fast first if our meeting drags on.
How about the members from other branches? Do we need to fill up the reply Slips??
No. Please let your TARCASA representative know how many of you will be coming. The representative , in turn, should inform the TARCASA Exco Members so that we can make the necessary preparations.
